Since 2012 Tailored Plumbing and Heating (UK) Ltd has been providing a unique bespoke plumbing and gas/electrical heating service to the Greater London area.

This Policy Statement outlines Tailored Plumbing and Heating (UK)’s endorsement and approach to environmental management and intends to communicate to all personnel and sub-contractors, the overall aim of our ISO 14001 Environmental Management System.

At Tailored Plumbing and Heating we regard environmental issues to be especially important and we shall aim to limit the environmental impact of our business, under the sphere of influence, and considering a life-cycle approach.

Tailored Plumbing and Heating is committed to continual improvement of our Environmental Management System and our environmental performance.

For regulatory as well as corporate social responsibility reasons, we commit to:

• Environmental protection and prevention of pollution
• Fulfil our applicable compliance obligations
• Endeavour to operate in a sustainable manner, achieving our business objectives, without compromising the ability of future generations to meet their own needs
• Not to consume natural resources and produce waste and pollutants at a level that will have a significant effect on the environment
• Maintain an awareness of the aspects of our own operations that can have an impact on the environment (e.g. the use of electricity, sustainable purchasing choices, waste production at the office and at client premises, etc)
• Endeavour to influence others outside of our organisation, especially our subcontractors, to adopt environmentally sound practices
• Taking into account our significant environmental aspects and the principles laid out by this environmental policy statement to define and monitor environmental objectives and targets, against which continual improvement can be demonstrated

This statement has been prepared as our commitment to environmental management at Tailored Plumbing and Heating.

This message shall be communicated and understood throughout the company and it is expected that all persons carrying out work on our behalf share these values.

This policy statement shall be made available to the public, upon request, and subject to annual review to ensure its continued suitability.
